Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We strive to provide the highest level of satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. No Refunds for Services Received:
Once a service has been provided or rendered, we do not offer refunds. By purchasing or booking any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Refunds on Packages:
All package purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for any packages once they have been purchased.
3. Store Credit for Unused Services:
In the event that you have purchased a package and have unused services, we are happy to offer you store credit for the value of the unused portion. Store credit may be applied to future services or packages. This credit is non-transferable, and must be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
Please note: Store credit will only be issued for services that have not been redeemed. Once a service is used, it is no longer eligible for store credit.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances:
In rare cases, where special circumstances arise, we may evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions to the policy will be at our sole discretion.
